Mobile Vehicle Transport Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced transport professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while transporting vehicles.

You will be working independently, but with support from our depot team, to ensure timely and safe transportation of vehicles. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is positive and efficient.

We require an individual with mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience driving and working away from home. You must also possess an open MR licence or greater, be able to complete daily checklists, and keep your allocated vehicle clean.

In addition to these requirements, we need someone who can work under pressure in various environments, be computer literate, and have good communication skills. The ability to manage conflict situations and provide great customer service is essential.

A Safety-focused individual with problem-solving skills, fit and healthy, and able to work Weekdays Plus Weekends On-Call when rostered is required. Must be able to get Tow Driver Authority.
