It Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an It Support Associate to join our team. As an It Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the productivity of staff, students, and visitors by delivering high-quality IT customer service.

This includes providing support for software and hardware issues, as well as collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex technical problems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support for staff, students, and external partners on and off campus
  • Resolve software and hardware issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or extensive experience in IT client systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
