About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Surveillance Officer to join our team at Transport for NSW. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with transport road specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction of major infrastructure projects, including tunnels, bridges, and roads.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with transport road specifications and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on construction progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in civil infrastructure, with a deep understanding of transport road specifications. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
