Sales Administration Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to multiple email accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and purchasers
- Liaise with strata management and solicitors
- Coordinate with various professionals such as photographers, copywriters, and auctioneers
- Assist in creating outstanding print and digital marketing materials
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Prepare essential documents such as pre-listing presentations and information memoranda
- Craft engaging case studies and open-home packs
- Update and manage the company website as required
- Provide crucial administrative and management support
Requirements:
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time management
- The ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- A good eye for detail
