About the Role
As a Trade Counter Assistant in Canning Vale, you'll play a crucial role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and product information
- Quoting and processing orders both in person and over the phone
- Managing stock levels, pick packing, and maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
- Occasionally delivering products to customers using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with previous experience in retail sales or customer service. You'll be comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems. A clean, valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, are also essential.
