About the RoleAs a member of the Trade Counter team in Canning Vale, you'll play a crucial role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and product information
- Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe branch environment
- Occasionally making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
A typical day in this role involves:
- Engaging with customers to provide product information and support
- Preparing quotes and providing excellent customer service
- Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate information is provided
- Maintaining a tidy and organized branch environment
- Delivering products to customers as needed
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers
- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided
- Is comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems
- Has a clean, valid driver's license and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
