We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Villa Maria Eastern Heights.
As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.
You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality cleaning services, supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working as a cleaner, ideally
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
- A reliable team player
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
