Salary: $28.66 per hour + Shift loadings + NFP Tax Break

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Villa Maria Eastern Heights. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning services for our residents, ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to residents and common areas
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve a smooth and efficient cleaning schedule
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Aged Care
  • Updated knowledge on HSW guidelines and HACCP requirements
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
