  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a supportive environment for residents
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the facility
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Aged Care
  • Updated knowledge on HSW guidelines and HACCP requirements
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
