Clinical Access Center

We are seeking a registered nurse for our Clinical Access Center, where you will be the first point of contact for patients, physicians, and hospital faculty members.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient clinical needs and requirements
  • Evaluating patient medical concerns
  • Initial screening of patient signs and symptoms
  • Collaborating with the physician's care team
  • Guiding members towards resources appropriate for care and well-being

You will play an integral role in our Population Health team, driving health outcomes through clinical access and communication.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio
  • Three years recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room
