About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at Milestones - North Boambee. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve centre performance.
  • Mentor and support staff to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
