Enterprise Identity and Access Management Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Identity and Access Management Business Analyst. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires the selected candidate to have full unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Identity and Access Management Business Analyst Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working with Identity & Access Management solutions, possessing a good understanding and exposure to Identity as well as Access Management toolsets.
- Experience with IGA toolset such as Sail Point is preferred.
- Understanding of Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes & Integrations within the enterprise landscape.
- Good understanding and experience working with Identity Lifecycle Management processes covering HR (Joiner, Mover & Leaver) processes.
The selected candidate should also have experience working on large IAM engagements, with 3+ years of experience working as an IDAM solution Business Analyst. Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as documentation skills are essential. Ability to work with business as well as technical stakeholders is required.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and consultative skill.
- Experience working in a multi-vendor environment handling multiple stakeholders.
- BFSI sector knowledge.
