Mobile Fleet Technician

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fleet Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for performing routine servicing, repair and maintenance of mobile fleet and other equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing, lubrication and maintenance tasks in accordance with company documentation.
  • Complete general maintenance, breakdowns, services and component change outs to a high standard.
  • Source technical information from relevant reference manuals, technical bulletins and computer-based systems.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff and operations personnel.
Requirements:
  • Automotive Trade (Light Vehicle Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
  • Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry.
  • Desirable: Experience in Vehicle Air Conditioning systems.
  • Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component change outs and servicing of Toyota vehicles.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety.
