About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HSE Advisor to support our growing Power team and play a key HSE role in our Mt Crosby project.

In this role, you will play a vital role in upholding Pensar's commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential support, advice, and guidance to project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE requirements, plans, and procedures.
  • Empower project personnel to proactively identify and mitigate risks, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels comfortable reporting incidents and hazards.
  • Instil Pensar's core values throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities.
  • Support the investigation of all incidents and near misses, advocating for fair and respectful treatment of all involved parties.
  • Deliver internal training programs on HSE procedures and ensure effective implementation of controls through auditing activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the Utility, Construction, or Infrastructure industry (power/electrical experience preferred)
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
