Job Title: HSE Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Intro Recruitment Solutions. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients and their employees.

About the Role:

This is a site-based HSE role that will involve working on various construction projects in South and North Brisbane. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations, as well as developing and implementing effective safety procedures and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Conduct toolbox talks and other safety-related activities
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working as an HSE Advisor in a mid-tier building and construction company in Australia
  • Confidence in communicating with senior management and subcontractors
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to health and safety
  • Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety
