Are you looking for a unique way to spend your weekends that combines your passion for beer with meeting new people? We are seeking friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team of brewery tour guides.

Job Description

As a brewery tour guide, you will be responsible for leading groups of customers on fun-filled tours of Perth's top breweries. You will need to have a strong knowledge of craft beers and be able to share this with our customers in an engaging and entertaining way.

  • Lead brewery tours, sharing knowledge of craft beers and brewing processes with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless tour operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the tour.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A fun, outgoing personality that can engage with customers and create a positive atmosphere.
  • An RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain one before starting work.
  • A C Class license (auto is fine) and a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Availability to work Saturdays from 9:30am-6pm.
  • Previous experience as a tour guide or in the hospitality industry would be highly regarded.
  • Interest in craft beer and brewing processes.
  • An LR Drivers License or higher (we run most tours in 22 seat coaster buses).
