We have an opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team in the Fresh Milk production sector.

Coles continues its journey of vertical integration to deliver on its vision of becoming Australia's most trusted retailer. Our newly established Fresh Milk team will play a key role in delivering high-quality produce.
About the Team
We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of a quality management program, exceeding customer and regulatory standards at VIC and NSW facilities.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop a comprehensive quality management program for multiple food manufacturing facilities, including food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Track and report key quality metrics to monitor and improve plant performance.
- Manage quality projects, defining project scope, developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring completion on time and within budget.
- Lead a zero-harm culture ensuring all stakeholders operate safely.
About You and Your Skills
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 8+ years' experience in Quality Management within a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience delivering multiple projects across a large organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and protocols.
