Transformation Leader for People and Strategy

About the Role
">The Chief People and Strategy Officer is a critical leadership position at WorkCover, responsible for driving organisational transformation and shaping the company's people strategy.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and be accountable for leading the management and transformation of WorkCover's people strategy and operations, Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Portfolio Management Office functions.
With direct responsibility for over 45 FTEs, this role will deliver tangible strategic and operational uplifts in all aspects of the functions under its remit.
About You
We are seeking a senior executive with extensive experience in workforce management, learning, human resources, strategy development, and execution. A proven track record of driving positive performance and an outcomes culture is essential.
You will implement best practice frameworks, policies, and guidance to support WorkCover's transformation agenda.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, human resources, law, or organisational psychology, with post-graduate qualifications in a relevant field, would be highly desirable.

Salary Estimate
Based on industry standards and market research, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, plus benefits.
