Job Description:

The Head of People and Wellbeing plays a key organisational senior leadership role within our People and Culture division. As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with our business leaders to deliver cultural change and people engagement initiatives that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and set the direction for our People and Wellbeing teams, creating a culture of exceptional delivery, teamwork and commitment to excellence.
  • Oversee the provision of strategic people advice and support in the development and implementation of people initiatives aligned with our business strategy.
  • Accountable for the oversight and governance of payroll, employee due diligence and safety systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice in employee relations and enterprise agreements to ensure harmonious people relations and thriving team members.
  • Work with P&C Business Partners and stakeholders to evolve people plans, ensuring progress of talent and diversity initiatives.
  • Partner with peers to deliver outcomes, ensuring cohesive execution and business relevance of our People Strategy.
  • Develop P&C talent, ensuring our people and teams deliver across team boundaries and continue to grow their capability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading successful P&C teams and programs, working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role, Human Resources or Business Management.
  • Expertise in delivering programs of work and planning which deliver behavioural change and measurable outcomes.
  • Signedificant internal consulting experience working closely with key Executives and Senior Leaders.
  • Skilled presenter to Boards and Executives, demonstrating ability to translate strategy to tangible actions and measurable results.
  • Ability to understand and interpret employment legislation and work with experts to ensure organisational obligations are met.
