Data & AI Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive end-to-end change delivery for two exciting GenAI use cases.

This is a rare opportunity to work in the Data & AI space, supporting innovation while ensuring safe, sustainable adoption that delivers real business impact.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead change delivery across two concurrent Data / GenAI use cases, ensuring business readiness and adoption.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear messages, training, and guidance for end users.
  • Design and deliver tailored behaviour-change strategies that move beyond 'tick-the-box' change.
  • Build and activate champion networks across business areas to drive grassroots adoption.
  • Partner closely with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to embed tools into workflows.
  • Manage change risks by promoting critical thinking, safe usage, and data privacy compliance.

What Success Looks Like :

  • Demonstrated behaviour change - with users adopting new, sustainable ways of working.
  • Scaled adoption across business areas through strong champion networks and practical toolkits.
  • Tangible business benefits (e.g., automation, simplification, improved decision-making).
  • A strong risk and governance framework that ensures responsible AI use with no major incidents.
  • Positive stakeholder feedback and executive confidence in the rollout.
  • A sustainable foundation for broader GenAI adoption and future extension of the program.

Requirements :

  • A proven track record in driving change in data / AI environments.
  • Deep expertise in behaviour change and influencing adoption across complex organisations.
  • The ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for helping people adopt innovative technologies in practical, safe, and impactful ways.
