Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a community setting.
As part of our multidisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, developing tailored care plans, and administering clinical care such as wound management and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting thorough nursing assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Administering clinical care including wound management, catheter care, and medication administration.
- Educating patients and their families on self-care and health management techniques.
- Working collaboratively with nursing staff and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Supporting quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

Requirements- Demonstrated clinical competence and ability to provide high-quality patient care in a community setting.

- Current Class C driver's license and willingness to travel across Metro South Health sites.
