Our team is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join us as a Catering Supervisor.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Catering Supervisor who will be responsible for preparing meals for business & economy class passengers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare hot & cold meals for business & economy class passengers for various airlines.
  • Plate Presentation: Plate meals and set up meal trays to ensure presentation is of high quality.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
  • Policies & Procedures: Adhere to menu specifications and follow food safety, HACCP, WHS & QSAI policies.
Requirements:
  • Motivation & Drive: Passionate about delivering high-quality food to customers.
  • Roster Flexibility: Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster.
