Key Responsibilities:

  • We manage the planning and execution of HR activities, programs and initiatives.
  • Onboard new associates and review all employment contracts thoroughly.
  • Reinforce our commitment to associate's wellbeing by managing new associate programs while liaising with other key departments leaders.
  • Manage all areas of recruitment, following talent acquisition requirements.
  • Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the Human Resources Team.
  • We plan, organize and execute TakeCare events and activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing.

About You:

  • You should have relevant experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge in employment law.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • You must be enthusiastic to escalate your career.
  • You are self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
