Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of Workday Financials. This role will involve driving the requirements gathering process, analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to document current state and define future state processes.

  • Drive the requirements gathering process for the Workday implementation across HR, Finance and related functions.
  • Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes to support future-state operating models.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to document current state and define future state processes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on a Workday implementation.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, improvement methodologies, and business case development.
  • Experience in vendor selection, commercial assessment, and contract review.
