We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing to airline customers.

  1. You will be responsible for raising and issuing invoices/credit notes, resolving billing issues promptly and effectively.
  2. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable balances through collection and credit management.
  3. Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with airline customers regarding outstanding payments.
  4. Investigate and resolve disputes in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  5. Demonstrate a proactive approach to managing accounts receivable, identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce errors.

Requirements
  • A qualification in Accounting is essential.
  • You will have demonstrated experience in high-volume accounts receivable roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required, along with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Airport/airline experience is preferred, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
