Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our General Medicine Flexible Approach to Training in Expanded Settings (FATES) project.

The successful candidate will work within a project team that includes clinical leads and a project manager. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to achieve work objectives in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to deliver the FATES project across all objectives;
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery of the project;
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and other project-related activities;
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as required;
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of project data and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Prior project coordination experience with strong organisational and multitasking skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering professional services, including high level written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders;
  • Experience improving and monitoring administrative processes;
  • Ability to negotiate and influence;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a professional team;
  • Proven experience in problem solving and analytical skills;
  • IT capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and video/teleconferencing platforms.
