As a key figure in our commercial product team, you are responsible for driving excellence and executing plans to meet sales targets.

You will work closely with the merchandising and e-commerce teams, staying up-to-date on assortment and demand. You will analyze local selling peaks driven by calendar and share information with the team regarding availability, activation plans, and deal structures to support excellent execution.

Your responsibilities will include setting product and category must-wins for the e-commerce channel, managing inventory, and executing stock management. You will also follow up on progress, stay informed about market retail situations, and collaborate regularly with other functions in the local market and regional teams.

We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, commercially aware, analytical, collaborative, and flexible. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or inventory optimization, proven experience in executing commercial plans, and strong knowledge of operating merchandising systems, tools, methods, and retail operations and market trends.
