Job Title: Grower Liaison Coordinator


Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as a Grower Liaison Coordinator. In this key role, you will be part of the vital link between our network of herb and spice growers and our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality, traceable, and sustainably sourced raw materials.


You will work closely with horticultural growers across Australia to plan crops, manage relationships, oversee compliance, and support innovation projects that drive business growth and agricultural sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with growers locally and interstate.
  • Onboard new growers and assist manage supplier agreements (pricing, volumes, specifications).
  • Collaborate on crop planning and harvest schedules aligned with supply chain forecasts.
  • Monitor crop progress and coordinate timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and ethical sourcing programs (e.g., HARPS, Freshcare, Sedex).
  • Support growers in adopting sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide seasonal performance reports.
  • Assist with field trials and innovation projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 3 years' experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or supply chain (preferably herbs, spices, or horticulture).
  • Strong knowledge of crop production, post-harvest handling, and food safety systems.
  • Attention to detail and reporting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to grower sites (local and interstate).
