Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic part-time Hospitality Attendants to join our team at a premier 5-star hotel in the Melbourne CBD. As a Hospitality Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to a high standard, adhering to our award-winning training and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist colleagues in maintaining a safe and clean workplace environment.
- Work in accordance with our company policies, procedures, standards, and safe work practices.
Requirements
- Be flexible and available to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
- Have proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Have a good understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
