Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to provide psychosocial support to patients and their families.

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required
  • Licensure as required by the state is necessary
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Social Worker in a healthcare setting is required; three to five years of experience is preferred

This role requires knowledge of terminally ill patients, their families, and understanding of hospice care and its impact on individuals facing life-altering illnesses. Sensitivity to these issues and ability to apply professional training in supporting others during crisis situations are essential.
