Dedicated Nursing Professional Wanted

Our healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our residents.
- Clinical Care: Provide medical care, assess health conditions, monitor vital signs and manage medications and treatments.
- Wound Management: Manage and dress wounds, prevent infections and promote proper wound healing.
- Health Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
- Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records and document changes in residents' health conditions.
To be successful in this role, you must have current AHPRA registration and knowledge of aged care accreditation standards. You should also be adaptable, passionate and willing to learn, as well as collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Aged Care Experience: Previous experience working in an aged care setting is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
- Care Planning: Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
