Leadership Role for Structural Expert
This is a challenging leadership position that requires technical authority, business acumen, and industry influence. As Associate / Technical Director of Structures, you will drive delivery of complex building projects while shaping the long-term vision of the company.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor the next generation of structural leaders, and remain hands-on with high-profile projects. The role offers a genuine seat at the leadership table to assist in shaping the company's direction, client strategy, and technical delivery.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, delivery, and technical reviews across major structural projects.
  • Provide high-level technical oversight on complex engineering challenges (high-rise, healthcare, education, commercial, government).
  • Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships; contribute to business development and project acquisition.


Requirements
  • CPEng registered.
  • 15-20+ years in structural engineering with a proven record in high-value, complex building projects.
  • Strong leadership profile - guiding teams, influencing clients, and representing the company at industry level.
  • Technical expertise across design, compliance, and constructability for multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Commercial acumen: understanding of project delivery, risk management, and client engagement.
