Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead and mentor our team of engineers.

  • This pivotal role will see you take ownership of the business's growth strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate structural engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and aligned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on trust, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (RPEV, CPEng preferred).
  • Significant local experience in structural engineering design, team leadership, and project management across diverse industrial and commercial projects.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
