Financial Planning Specialist

The Craig Mostyn Group is a leading food and agribusiness with operations spanning Western Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our Finance team.

This role will involve working closely with farm managers to understand true costs and impact on farm profitability. The successful candidate will ensure accurate cost capture and attribution to correct farm and allocate costs accurately.

Key responsibilities include reporting livestock numbers and movements correctly, forecasting financials, and processing month end journals. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform ad hoc work to maintain accuracy of farm costs.

Requirements include a completed or working towards CA/CPA qualification, strong accounting background, and high level of competency in Microsoft Office including Excel accounting reporting and analysis expertise.

A high level of attention to detail and strong time management focus is required. Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills to work in teams to develop better systems and processes are essential.
