Job Opportunity: Community Care Extended Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide community care services for elderly clients living in the community. This role involves providing domestic and nutritional support, personal care, social support, transport assistance, appointment support, and medication management in consultation with the consumer.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care, and a strong understanding of the importance of empathy and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide flexible and individualized support tailored to the consumer's preferences.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to show genuine empathy and support towards residents
