Job Overview:
A highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator is required to lead a team of Educators, delivering exceptional educational programs for children. As a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively with other leaders to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Educator to take on a leadership role within our Centre. You will be responsible for guiding your own room and contributing to the development of high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Educators to deliver outstanding education
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational strategies
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect within the Centre

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current SA Working with Children Check
