Principal Electrical Project Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Project Leader to oversee a portfolio of capital projects from inception through to commissioning.
As the project's electrical subject matter expert, you will ensure compliance with site-wide electrical standards and drive improvements across infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a skilled team of electrical engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in project delivery and commissioning
- Liaise with stakeholders across technical and operational departments
- Resolve complex site issues through innovative engineering solutions
- Oversight of project finances and timelines with autonomy and accountability
- Maintenance of health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects
- Demonstration of behaviours aligned with our organisational values
You will hold a recognised Electrical Engineering degree and a manual driver's licence. You will bring extensive experience in capital project management within a mining environment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.
A proactive problem solver, confident communicator, and collaborative team player who thrives in an autonomous role is required.
