Estimated Salary

Ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.


Job Description

This role is pivotal in ensuring project delivery excellence through design leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading consultants to deliver high-quality design documentation on time, on budget, and in compliance with the Project Brief.
  • Reviewing the project design for regulatory and building compliance.
  • Collaborating with the construction team and trade subcontractors to drive efficiencies during delivery.
  • Actively participating in methodology development for the project's delivery.
  • Maintaining design quality control management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will require:

  • A Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline – Construction Management / Architecture / Engineering.
  • Prior experience working with a principal contractor delivering large-scale D&C building projects from commencement to completion.
  • An ability to collaborate with external consultants to obtain best-for-project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
