Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Service Expert to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, achieving sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working Tuesday to Saturday per week with guaranteed time off for major holidays.

As a Sales and Service Expert, you will be required to make great coffee and serve pre-made food products while ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.

You will also be involved in stock handling, merchandising, and point of sale transactions.
