Sales and Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain visual merchandising standards, and process stock deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the full range of products to each customer who visits our store.
  • Interact with customers at the point of sale and reconcile transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with our brand direction.
  • Process stock deliveries and manage inventory levels.
What We're Looking For:
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong alignment with our brand values.
  • Flexible availability, including all school holidays.

Candidates should have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service and create a positive store environment. Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
