Senior Project Manager Job

Lead the delivery of complex projects from cutting-edge data centres to energy infrastructure, combining global supply chain with digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large, multi-technology projects across APAC ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes
  • Coordinate with global factories and suppliers for integrated MV/LV, automation, and digital solutions
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and customer relationships across design, procurement, and execution phases
  • Identify and manage project risks, changes and claims
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider's Customer Project Process and contractual obligations
  • Provide expert input to sales, tendering, and peer project managers
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience managing complex industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing O&G, multi-technology / data centre projects
  • Experience with offshore manufacturing, global procurement, and construction integration
  • PMP certification (or ability to achieve it within 12 months)
  • Proven stakeholder engagement up to executive levels
  • Great commercial, contract, and financial acumen
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis
