Infrastructure Project Lead

About the Role:

Fulton Hogan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Lead to join their Utilities division. This leadership position will play a pivotal role in shaping the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of projects and programs, delivering milestones on time and within budget.
  • Provide visible leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring delivery of contract obligations and fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Manage program finances, including cost control and robust forecasting.
  • Liaise with key client representatives and maintain collaborative working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering or construction management.
  • Seasoned experience in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex design and construct infrastructure projects.
  • Strong stakeholder liaison skills and experience working collaboratively with clients under various commercial models.
  • Brownfield infrastructure construction experience, preferably in the water/wastewater sector.
