Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain industry-leading craftsmanship.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards or risks.
  • Investigate and report accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to implement improvements and address customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supervisory or management roles within manufacturing environments, preferably in woodworking or cabinetry industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet-making techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
