Production Manager Opportunity

Join a successful and innovative cabinetry business that manufactures high end custom joinery for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, studies and other bespoke luxury architectural projects in Melbourne.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations / Production Manager to support and lead our factory team of skilled cabinet makers to drive efficiencies in the business. As part of our senior leadership team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing efficient processes to ensure productivity and profitability.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations
  • Coordinate production schedules & manage inventory
  • Ensure quality control, and oversee the delivery of finished products to customers
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure productivity and profitability
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of skilled cabinet makers and factory staff
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience leading teams in a successful cabinetry factory
  • Training and certification in Cabinetry or Joinery making
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills
  • High level of interpersonal, communication, and leadership qualities
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of drafting programs beneficial
  • Computer savvy in MS Office Suite and scheduling software
