Success in this role will involve removing waste and automating processes to free up millions of hours for our team members and customers. You'll work closely with our Head of Technology Transformation to develop and implement a vision for process optimization and automation.
About YouWe're looking for someone with a strong background in process optimization, automation, and technology transformation. You'll have experience running a small business or as a senior product manager, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and building high-performing teams.
Key skills and experience include:
- Experience with six sigma, lean, or other process re-engineering approaches
- Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, and technology delivery
- Proven experience in simplification centered around the customer
- Experience leading the development and management of innovative artificial intelligence solutions for IT operations (AIOps)
- Influential executive and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence peers
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize activities
- Strong understanding of value creation and the ability to make decisions in the context of broad strategic directions
- Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate/Logic Apps, and observability tooling
