We're seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Growth Ambassador to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our footprint within the Atlassian ecosystem.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions and professional services. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating leads, understanding client needs, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals that deliver significant value to our clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You'll also require a deep understanding of the Atlassian suite of products and services, as well as experience selling complementary solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem or competitive platforms.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a solutions sales role, preferably within the IT consulting industry.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Atlassian suite of products and services (Jira, Confluence, Service Management, etc.).
  • Experience selling complementary solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem, or competitive platforms is a plus.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll need to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Self-motivation, results orientation, and a drive to exceed expectations are essential qualities for this role.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
