Home Care Worker Opportunities

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in the beautiful region of Dubbo, Australia.

  • This rewarding role involves providing care and support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live their best lives.
About the Role:

This diverse and challenging role requires a high level of skill, knowledge and expertise. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and support to clients with varying needs and requirements.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each client receives tailored care and support that meets their individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and care provided
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in aged care or disability services
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current first aid certificate and ability to perform CPR
