This key role emphasizes customer-centricity and collaborative success, reporting to the Head of Integrated Audits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead audits and issue verifications by guiding the audit team to identify key risks related to technologies, mitigate controls, and develop a control testing plan.
- Execute audits and issue verifications per the bank's audit methodology through stakeholder engagement, produce high-quality audit reports, and provide subject matter expert guidance to develop risk-based control testing plans.
- Support the Head of Integrated Audits to develop and implement the annual audit delivery plan through effective resource allocation.
- Proven experience in risk-based audits with a strong understanding of risk management in medium to large environments, preferably in banking and financial services.
- Knowledge of core IT infrastructure, architecture, networking, security, and emerging technologies like AI, APIs, microservices, DevSecOps, CI/CD.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the financial sector.
- Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and translate technical findings into business insights.
- Experience in people management and leadership.
