As a seasoned Audit Professional, you will lead assurance engagements, driving client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

  • You will oversee the planning, supervision, and coordination of engagement teams, ensuring excellent client service.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting.
  • You will supervise staff, fostering open communication and collaboration with Senior Managers and Partners.
  • Concurrently, you will manage multiple engagements, monitoring progress and making informed recommendations.
  • Maintaining expertise in new accounting pronouncements is essential, as well as serving as an instructor in professional development programs.
  • You will ensure confidentiality and adhere to firm policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A valid license as a Florida Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in public accounting is required.
  • You must possess exceptional analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including US GAAP expertise.
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
