About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Inclusion Officer to join our team at PERSOLKELLY. As a Social Inclusion Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social housing client, local communities, and government/non-government agencies in providing educational and employment pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our Social Inclusion Strategy and processes.
  • Maintain knowledge on social inclusion initiatives and foster key relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives for our First Nations Engagement strategy.
  • Champion social inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Implement materials for diversity days and promote diversity and mental health initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop social inclusion plans/projects.
  • Oversee timely reporting on talent, development, engagement, diversity, and mental health metrics.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our HR Strategic Plan and client Monthly Reports.
Requirements
  • Relevant social work experience or similar transferrable skills.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, natural ability for people engagement, and strong community connections.
  • Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain networks and partnerships.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point etc).
